Kati cup, 1.8g of tea, 10oz of 212 F water, steep 5 minutes.
Darker honey, losing signs of yellow. Very minor visible particulates, but enough micro-particulates to make it difficult to see the bottom of the cup.
Vanilla bread? It smells less like extract and more like how a cheap, warm muffin smells. Very thick smell, almost sickly.
I might need more tea next time, pretty much just water. Even the pervasive smell doesn’t really affect the taste. Coats the inside of your mouth.
