Preparation

Kati cup, 3g of tea, 10oz of 180 F water, steep 3 minutes.

Appearance

Dark honey, lots of particulates made it through the filter.

Smell

Fruity, mildly sweet. Apricots?

Taste

Tea taste is definitely in the back. Big cooling effect, I assume from the chamomile. Fruitiness is mostly in the smell, not much in the taste. Overall surprisingly laid back given appearance and smell.

Multiple Steeps

Color is lighter on the second steep, less particulates have also made it through the filter. Fruity smell and chamomile experience have lessened, but the tea and lemongrass are punching through now. Tea is warm and appreciably bitter.
