Preparation

Kati cup, single sachet of tea, 10oz of 175 F water, steep 5 minutes (accidentally held too long.

Appearance

Medium brown, surprisingly not as much yellow around the edges as I’d expect. Pretty clean given that it came from a sachet.

Smell

Very sweet vanilla odor, much more pleasant to the nose than the rooibos from yesterday.

Taste

Deeper vanilla taste than expected, glad it’s actually present this time! White tea is “experienced”, but its flavor is masked. Grapefruit is not distinguishable, perhaps it’s pairing to make the vanilla flavor.

Flavor is consistent, but a little more bitter.
